Payment is made before the car is delivered. Additional services are charged separately.
The car is insured. The insurance coverage does not apply to cases of gross breach of the contract, driving under the influence, or transferring the car to an unauthorized person.
Travel outside Georgia is permitted only with written permission from RoadBerry. Without such permission, travel is prohibited.
All fines for traffic violations, parking violations, and other rules committed during the rental period are the responsibility of the Tenant.
In the event of a traffic accident, the Tenant is obliged to call the police (112), notify RoadBerry, not leave the scene until the documents are completed, and provide all materials to the insurer.
It is prohibited to transfer the vehicle to third parties, participate in competitions, tow other vehicles, use the vehicle while intoxicated, or use the vehicle off public roads.
The vehicle returns at the agreed time with the same fuel level, completeness, and documents. Damage is recorded in an act.
The tenant shall compensate for the damage caused through their fault, in the amount not covered by insurance, as well as the cost of the lost property.
